Kiki is a New Mexico native, born in Albuquerque and raised in the serene rural town of Edgewood. After completing high school in 2010, he pursued a concentration in Marketing at the University of New Mexico. In 2013, Kiki ventured to Los Angeles, drawn by the allure of the film industry where he worked as an actor and writer.

During his time in LA, Kiki had the invaluable opportunity to shadow and learn from prominent real estate investors in the Los Angeles area. This experience sparked a deep passion for the real estate industry. Upon returning to New Mexico, he decided to refocus his career, primarily delving into Commercial Real Estate & Development. Additionally, Kiki has been deeply involved in Real Estate Investment, particularly in residential redevelopment.
